If we can do polyculturing on our current lawn space than we don't need any other advancements in technology. You can just move into your home, buy some robotics and you're good to go.
Robotic lawn mowers can't rake up leaves or do any sort of cleanup in the fall. Meaning you still have to go out and rakes the leaves.
As we move into the poly culture and gardening robotics, the next step from the lawnmower product to the transitional product, might be to deliver gardening robotics with pruning features at the form factor Between the size of a push mower and a riding mower.
